Professional Experience:

1998 - Current, Internet Solutions Manager, Hays, KS (Nex-Tech, Inc.)

• Grew the Internet division from one employee providing dial-up Internet in four communities to over 30 employees with 18,000+ high speed Internet subscribers in over 60 communities.
• Developed and manage our internal in home technical support service, the Brainy Bunch. (similar to the Best Buy Geek Squad)
• Created the vision and managed the development of our successful Nex-Tech Classifieds. The site currently has over 50,000 registered users and over 13 million page views per month.
• Managed the design and current implementation of the WiMAX portion of our recent Broadband Stimulus submission which was successful.  This was a portion of a $101 million dollar stimulus win.
• Currently managing the development of our IPTV widgets and applications for our Minerva middle ware deployment.

1996 - 1998, Internet Supervisor, Lenora, KS (Nex-Tech, Inc.)

• Being the first and only Internet employee I developed all processes & procedures for our dial-up Internet service.
• Completed all necessary router programming, server/system administration for e-mail, web and authentication services.

1995 - 1996, Media Specialist (Directory) - Lenora, KS (Rural Telephone)

• Developed all yellow page directory ads, company wide newspaper ads and other related graphics and marketing materials.

1994 - 1995, Engineering Technician (Rural Telephone)

• Completed all necessary engineering maps for copper, fiber and coax plant for outside plant technicians.
